J-TECH Industrial automation and FANUC robotics
Commissioning, integration, debugging

Technical portfolio

Real systems, real constraints, production to make stable.

Projects and areas of intervention

These images show real industrial environments supported on site. The focus is the J-TECH contribution to FANUC robotics: software, positions, automatic logic, interfaces, cycle testing, debugging and production stabilisation.

Multi-cell production line with coordinated conveyors

Extended system - Abruzzo, Italy

Multi-cell line and coordinated conveyors

A system with several robotic cells, stations and transfers, where integration, debugging and stabilisation are decisive.

J-TECH role: FANUC robot logic, cycle testing and verification of interfaces with the complete system.

Industrial robots, fixtures and automatic cycle

Multi-robot cell - Emilia-Romagna, Italy

Robots, fixtures and automatic cycle

Commissioning support for positions, logic and sequences where robots and peripherals must operate without ambiguity.

J-TECH role: robot programming, positions, automatic sequences and on-site debugging.

Parametric multi-product automation with a FANUC robot

Parametric programming - Veneto, Italy

Parametric multi-product automation

A new installation developed to automate a previously manual process. After the first 10 programs were commissioned, the customer independently created more than 60 programs in one year without requiring further programming support.

J-TECH role: FANUC robot programming from scratch and development of a parametric architecture with no predefined limit on product families or variants.

Result: a new variant can be created in approximately half a day; cycle time ranges from 30 to 60 seconds per part, depending on the program.

Automatic robotic palletising with QR code selection

Palletising - Piedmont, Italy

Automatic palletising with QR-code selection

Palletising up to 2 metres high and 40 kg, with automatic product selection by QR code at the pick station.

J-TECH role: robot missions, pick-and-place logic and adaptation to the automatic material flow.

Industrial robots and line peripherals

Multi-robot system - Liguria, Italy

Robots and production-line peripherals

Coordination of robots, fixtures, handshakes and automatic logic in a real production environment.

J-TECH role: alignment of robots, equipment, machine handshakes and automatic conditions.

Robotised laser marking with Data Matrix verification

Laser marking and DMC - Poland

Laser marking with Data Matrix verification

A new installation developed to automate marking and verification operations previously performed manually. Laser marking and Data Matrix reading take place within the same automatic cycle.

J-TECH role: programming from scratch of the FANUC robot, Datasensing reading system and Datalogic laser marker, including complete result handling.

Result: 18 seconds per part across three shifts. An unreadable code is routed to a manual backup station and the part is rejected only after a second failed reading.

In-line hole diameter inspection with two cameras

Machine vision inspection - Poland

In-line hole diameter inspection

A 2D vision system with two cameras checks a hole diameter directly on the line and returns the result to the production cycle.

J-TECH role: programming both cameras, inspection thresholds, results and signals to the line.

On-site testing and technical diagnosis

On-site support - Italy and Europe

Testing, diagnosis and operational responsibility

The difference lies in reading the complete system in front of the equipment: robots, peripherals, logic and the people involved.

J-TECH role: diagnosis of the real state, controlled testing and shared technical priorities.

More than pictures of robots

These projects cover real applications: palletising, laser marking, Data Matrix reading, vision inspection, machine loading and unloading, external axes, traceability and multi-station lines.

01

System scale

Extended lines with multiple stations, conveyors, robots, fixtures and technical teams.

02

Process integration

FANUC robots, laser markers, DMC readers, cameras, PLCs and peripherals working in one cycle.

03

Verifiable results

Read codes, dimensional checks, restart strategies, cycle time, stability and clear technical priorities.

Your next project

Bring structure to the critical phase.

When a cell is almost ready but not yet stable, the cost of time rises quickly. J-TECH contributes analysis, debugging, controlled testing and production support.
