Operational roots
Mechanics, assembly, CAD, layouts and a practical understanding of automation lines.
About
J-TECH is built on more than twenty years of direct experience across workshop operations, CAD, robotics, PLCs, installation, customer sites, service and operations.

Lennart Junior Sillen
My technical background began at EWAB with mechanics, workshop work and 2D/3D CAD, then expanded to FANUC robots, iRVision, Roboguide, PLC interfaces, Profibus and Profinet, project management and responsibility for customer installations.
At SITEC I continued this path through project management, service, IT and operations, with responsibility for people, sites, customers and industrial equipment.
J-TECH is the synthesis of that experience. Independent technical expertise, direct field presence and the ability to read the complete system while taking responsibility for the result.
The value is not limited to programming a robot. It lies in understanding everything around the robot when real equipment stops, slows down or is not yet ready for the customer.
Mechanics, assembly, CAD, layouts and a practical understanding of automation lines.
FANUC robots, iRVision, Roboguide, robot logic, PLC interfaces and machine-tool integration.
Teams, schedules, risks, priorities, customer pressure and production restarts.
Service, project management, IT, operations and people management in industrial environments.
Mountain sports develop control, progression, clarity and respect for risk. These are the same qualities required when complex industrial equipment must be brought up to production speed.
