Not every problem begins in the software.

An impractical layout, difficult access, crossed flows or a sequence designed without considering real robot behaviour can limit equipment before commissioning even begins. Finding these issues early changes cost, timing and the quality of the result.

Layout and flows

Station positioning, routes, operating areas and interaction between automation, materials and people.

Cycle and productivity

Sequences, overlaps, waits, handling and consistency between the stated target and feasible behaviour.

Reliability and maintenance

Accessibility, diagnostics, recovery, replacement, variant handling and the impact of future modifications.

Cell safety

Identification of issues requiring further analysis around space, access, guarding, functions and operator interaction.

The aim is not to produce abstract observations, but to distinguish issues, consequences, priorities and possible actions. The format is adapted to the project stage and available information.

1. Scope and data

Objectives, drawings, cycle charts, software, known anomalies and constraints are collected before the analysis.

2. Analysis or site visit

The solution is examined through documentation, technical meetings or direct observation of the equipment.

3. Priorities and guidance

Evidence is returned in a structured form, separating urgent items, useful improvements and points requiring dedicated specialists.

Risk assessments, calculations and validation of safety functions, technical files or formal compliance activities are supported, when required, by qualified professionals specifically appointed for that activity.
