Commissioning, integration, debugging

J-TECH by Lennart Junior Sillen

Complex robotic systems, from concept to stable production.

J-TECH supports system integrators and manufacturers from early cell concept and software development through programming, integration, commissioning, debugging and production stabilisation.

04Commissioning and production support

From the first layout to a working production system.

J-TECH can contribute from the initial study: cell layout, accessibility, flows, cycle time and automation logic. The same system-wide view is then applied on site, where robots, PLCs, mechanics, sensors and people must converge on a stable cycle.

  • Robot paths or movements that are not yet repeatable and reliable.
  • Automatic logic that does not match the real production cycle.
  • Cycle times still far from the production target.
  • Robot and PLC interfaces that need clarification and testing.
  • Mechanical changes affecting positions, pick and place operations.
  • Alarms, rejects and restart sequences not yet handled cleanly.

Core services

Practical technical support for demanding commissioning, restart and improvement phases, both in Italy and on international projects.

Development and commissioning

From solution analysis to programming from scratch: frames, tools, paths, automatic logic, interfaces and tests on the real cycle.

Debugging and stabilisation

Clear separation of causes across robot, PLC, mechanics, sensors, safety and process, followed by controlled corrective actions.

Vision, laser and traceability

Integration of vision systems, smart cameras, laser marking, code readers and result management within the automatic cycle.

Cycle-time optimisation

Reduction of idle time, path improvement, sequence overlap, pick-and-place optimisation and validation during production.

Practical training

Programming method, parameterisation and industrial debugging.

J-TECH helps technicians and maintenance teams read, structure and maintain robot software with a clear method, including comments, cell logic, restart strategies and controlled modifications.

A field-tested method

Complex equipment is not brought into production through random trials. The system must be read as a whole, causes separated and the cycle advanced through controlled evidence.

01

Read the real state

Observe the equipment, collect anomalies and verify behaviour on the actual production cycle.

02

Separate the causes

Robot, PLC, mechanics, sensors, safety and process are analysed without confusing symptoms with root causes.

03

Set operational priorities

Actions are ordered by their impact on safety, continuity, cycle time and customer acceptance.
